Dear Scott Friends:

 

I am writing to remind you of the Scott Alumni luncheon that will be held at Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square, PA on Thursday, May 17.  So far, the response to the invitation has been slower than usual. In that Mike Masseth, VP of Investor Relations will be coming all the way from Dallas to give us his annual report on the state of business at Kimberly-Clark, I am hoping for a good turnout.  As you will remember, if you have attended his previous presentations, he gives us a solid review of the former Scott operations and brands that are now a part of K-C.

 

The lunch will start with a social period at 11:15 AM.  A cash bar will be available.  We will go into the dining room at 12:15 PM and Mike will begin his talk when most people have completed eating their lunch. 

 

Aronimink completed a major renovation of their clubhouse last September and substantially increased their ballroom/dining room size so there will be plenty of space.  I encourage you to bring your spouse or other friend, as there will be plenty of room.

 

If you are able to join us, please send me your check for $30.00 per person for each of you who will be attending.  Your check will represent your reservation for the lunch.  Simply make it payable to me, Bruce Arnold.  You may wish to write the words "Scott Luncheon" on the "Memo" line of your check.  Mail it to me at the address listed below.

 

Because I have to make a final commitment to the Golf Club shortly before the meeting, please send your check so that it will reach me no later than Friday, May 11.
