Individual Project Partners and Colleagues WebCon is a consulting company founded in 1994 by Balbir Singh, who specializes in the manufacture and conversion of tissue paper, non-wovens, gauze, and film. Paul Hoffman provides consulting services in papermaking. Giesler Enterprises is a consulting company founded in 2002 by Ed Giesler, who specializes in embossing, engraving, and converting machinery. Sue Arters provides consulting services in all aspects of product testing.  She is especially knowledgeable in handfeel (softness) testing for tissue paper products. Foonware was founded by Dave LeGrow in 1989 and develops computer software primarily for manufacturing processes. Steven Greenfield is a Certified Patent Agent, registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office, helping inventors develop and patent their inventions.

Groups Galaxy Tissue Technologies is a group of consultants specializing in all areas of papermaking for the tissue industry.  It was founded in July 2000 by Dr. Julie Yoh. ScottNet is a is a loose collection of groups of people who used to work together at Scott Paper Company, and who remain in contact with friends and coworkers. Midlantic Business Alliance is a regional organization offering resources for a membership of small and mid-sized businesses.
